This boot is designed for the working cowboy or cowgirl. It is great for ground work and riding. The heel has a long base that is great stability. There is a place on the back of the boot for heavy duty spurs and the shafts are taller for leg protection. If you work in the feed lot you will love these boots. Especially because the outsole is bonded which eliminates the "feed lot stuff" from rotting the welt threads. These boots aremade for comfort. They have moisture wicking antibacterial and machine washable footbed. The insole is patent pending with injected composite X shank for maximum stability. The midsole is made of prime leather. The out sole is made of genuine super slab rubber. The heel is 4" in height for the men and 3 1/2" in height for the women.
