Eye Brand Knives Eye Brand knives are hand made in Solingen, Germany by Carl Schlieper and Company. They feature Carbon Steel blades with a variety of handles. Carbon Steel will gradually turn from polished steel to a gray patina color. These knives are known for holding an edge.
