Big Bend Saddlery custom buckles are completely handmade here in our silver shop. We use solid sterling silver and 10 karat gold-fill. Gold-fill is made by heat-pressure binding a thin layer of gold to a brass core. It has an actual layer of Karat gold, not just a microscopic film. Gold-fill jewelry allows customers to enjoy the rich look of gold at a fraction of the cost

Fort Worth Rodeo Buckle

This buckle was made for the Fort Wort Stock Show & Rodeo. It is made of antiqued sterling silver with a yellow gold-fill hand cut lettering, yellow gold-fill frame border and yellow gold-fill cactus with red gold-fill cactus berries. Pasture Roping Buckle

This is a nice size for a Trophy buckle, not big and gawdy. It is made of hand engraved antiqued sterling silver with gold-fill banners, rope edge and steer heads in the corners. This custom design is made of antiqued sterling silver with a sterling rope edge and sterling state overlay with a red stone.
